At Al Oudiyat, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the perfumes under the following conditions:

  1. Return and exchange period:

    • Perfumes can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Return and exchange conditions:

    • The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
    • A purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided.

  3. Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products:

    • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
    • Oud wood and oud oil cannot be returned.
    • Partially used gift bags cannot be returned.
    • Partially used products can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
    • Exchanges will be made for the same product in the event of a manufacturing defect. It is not possible to exchange the product for another product; only returns and placing a new order for the desired product are permitted.

  4. Return and exchange procedures:

    • Customers are directed to one of our branches to complete the return or exchange process.

  5. Refund :

    • The refund will be made using the original payment method.
    • The refund process can take 3 to 7 business days, and in some cases up to 14 business days.

If you wish to return or exchange, you can do so through the website. Please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the order from which you wish to return a product.
  • Complete the return request.

 The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a credit, it will be for the amount you paid. If you notified us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product less any restocking fees. If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.

If you are shipping items worth more than €50, we strongly suggest you return the product to us with a tracking number.
