No person or business entity may register as a member of the Site more than once.

    The Al Oudiyat user registration process requires:
  • To accept these General Conditions.
  • To provide contact information and identification details.
  • To accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • Not to create more than one personal account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and restricting access to your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

Under no circumstances will Al Oudiyat be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, reputation or damages resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.

You agree to reimburse Al Oudiyat for any misuse, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or any person accessing the Site, Services, or other means using your username and password, whether or not you authorized such access.

Al Oudiyat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration, remove any user from the Site, and prohibit use of the Site by anyone who provides information that Al Oudiyat deems, in its sole discretion, to be false or inaccurate, and to limit or terminate access to or use of the Site at any time without notice.

  1. Purchases
    Order processing
    Al Oudiyat may, at its discretion, choose not to process or cancel an order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock, has been incorrectly priced, or if we suspect a fraudulent request. Al Oudiyat also reserves the right to verify your identity to process your order. In the event of cancellation, Al Oudiyat will notify you and refund any fees incurred.

Product Descriptions

Al Oudiyat strives to provide accurate product descriptions on the site. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or absence of errors. In the event of a discrepancy between the description and the product received, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Price information

Although Al Oudiyat strives to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. If the price displayed is incorrect, Al Oudiyat reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. All prices displayed on the product pages are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at checkout.

Product availability

Product availability information is subject to change. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, you will be notified by email.

Delivery and taxes

Shipping costs and taxes are calculated based on country and shipping method at checkout.

    All payments must be made online or partially online through the payment methods available on the Al Oudiyat website. Cash on Delivery service is only available in the United Arab Emirates.

  2. Terms of Use of the Site
    All content on the site is the exclusive property of Al Oudiyat or its content suppliers, protected by applicable laws.

  3. Electronic communications
    By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the Site.

  4. Buyer Protection
    If you have not received an item or if the item received does not match its description, you must inform Al Oudiyat within 48 hours of receiving or not receiving the item.

    These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Al Oudiyat .

  7. General provisions
    If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  8. Applicable law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
